Note (March 2011): Due to the effect frost-affected beet had on process conditions, there is a c.20% reduction in the level of P2O5 in the remaining stock of LimeX at Bury and Wissington Sugar Factories.As such, we recomend an increase to 6t/ha application of LimeX70 to achieve 50Kg P2O5. This is a short-term change and we expect nutrient levels to return to normal at the next campaign.

British Sugar can confirm that all LimeX products have 'product status'. As such, customers do not need an exemption under the Waste Management Licencing Regulations or Agricultural Waste Regulations.
