Sheila Lampkin 'Celebrates' at BAKO Western

Sheila Lampkin, editor of Cake Craft and Decoration magazine, added her expertise to the British Sugar stand at the recent BAKO Western Family Day in Cullompton, Exeter, demonstrating the versatility of Celebration Icing Sugar for bakery products. Included in the display were meringues, shortbreads, fillings & buttercreams plus a selection of ingredients that could be added to Celebration Dry Fondant, such as fruit juice, milk-shake mix, alcohol, colours and flavours.

Visitors were encouraged to taste the samples and discuss interesting innovations with Sheila and the British Sugar team. "I enjoyed the opportunity of talking first-hand with craft bakers and exploring innovative new products that exploit the potential of speciality sugars" said Sheila.
