Icecraft Trophy, Live Competition results
British Sugar, Knightsbridge PME and International Craft & Hobby Fair Ltd (ICHF) hosted the live National Final of the Icecraft Trophy at the Cake International Show held at the NEC, Birmingham.
The live event was won by Tal Tsafrir
Tal from Nesher, Israel, an amateur cake decorator, won the £500 prize for her Fairy Cake, having decorated it in 3 hours in front of a live audience using British Sugar’s Icecraft Sugarpaste.
Final results
Judges included Patissier and Chocolatier John Slattery, Brian Taylor, Chairman of Judges for Cake International, Sue McMahon, Cookery Editor of Woman's Weekly magazine, Valerie Hedgethorne, President of the British Sugarcraft Guild 2004-2006 Sheila Lampkin, Show Co-ordinator for Cake International and Sue Callaghan from British Sugar.
