Icecraft Sugarpaste i
s a new, ready-to-use, specially-blended sugarpaste, available in white and ivory.

Icecraft Sugarpaste is suitable for:

  • covering
  • modelling
  • finishing touches eg moulding, piping, crimping, frilling, embossing etc

Celebration TopWrap
Celebration TopWrap completes the range of Celebration icing sugars giving a wrappable icing which sets harder than usual, so it doesn’t stick to the wrapping film and it doesn’t come off the bun

It is ideally suited for short shelf life bakery products that require contact wrappable icings eg.  
    
Iced fingers
    Belgian buns
    Danish pastries, etc

Moisture resistant (MR) sugar

 In response to the need to reduce trans-fats in food we have reformulated moisture-resistant (MR) sugar with a new, non-hydrogenated fat coating. MR sugar has a particle size similar to caster sugar and provides a decorative coating to products while preventing the sugar from dissolving into the surface of moist products.

Classic Golden Syrup
In response to the growing needs of our customers for ‘clean label’ products, we have developed Classic, a new and improved Golden Syrup. It still provides the same benefits and taste as our standard Golden Syrup, but is free from artificial colours and flavours.
